Find the Product on Biba
Browse the Biba marketplace to select the product you wish to purchase. You can search by category, brand, or price to find exactly what you need.
Reach Out to the Biba Community
Share the product with other members of the Biba community who might also want to buy it. This is how you build your group.
Create the Group Buy
When you’re ready, initiate a group buy by confirming your order and entering your payment details. At this stage, your payment is secured and a unique group link is generated.
Share the Group Link
Share your unique group link with potential participants via social media, messaging apps, or email. This link allows others to join your group easily.
Collect Participants and Reach the MOQ
Encourage others to join your group before the deadline. You must reach the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for the product so that the group buy can succeed. Track progress and follow up with participants through your dashboard.
Complete the Group Buy
Once the group reaches the MOQ, the discount is applied automatically to all orders in the group. You will receive confirmation that your group buy was successful.
Order Processing or Refund
Orders are confirmed and processed for delivery. You can track the status of your group order in your Order Dashboard at any time. If the group does not reach the MOQ before the deadline, all payments are refunded in full.
